Simulated Evaluation Environment — Purpose and Limitations

All evaluation programs operated by Veilon are conducted through demo accounts within a simulated, non-executing trading environment. These accounts are intended for skill demonstration and performance evaluation purposes only. They do not involve entry of orders or execution of actual trades in a live market.

Such accounts therefore do not expose users to true market conditions such as slippage, execution latency, capital constraints, or psychological market factors and impact. While the simulated market environment is designed to mirror many aspects of real-time trading, it does not constitute participation in an actual live market. All gains and losses produced in simulation are hypothetical only and do not deploy real funds or subject users to execution risk.

Evaluation Difficulty & Program Rigor

The Veilon simulated trading evaluation process seeks to be challenging and is structured in an effort to mirror the operational, psychological, and strategic experience of actual live trading environments. Success within our simulated trading programs is uncommon and is designed to require sustained discipline, risk management, and emotional resilience.

Even traders with substantial market experience may find it difficult to meet the program's objectives. Although these programs operate in a simulated trading environment, they are not intended for persons with minimal trading knowledge or limited understanding of leveraged financial instruments.

Risk Warning and Financial Suitability Statement

Trading Contracts for Difference (CFDs) involves a substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for every person. The use of leverage amplifies exposure and may result in losses exceeding the amount of funds initially allocated or designated on a simulated basis.

Nothing contained in any evaluation or simulated trading programs offered by Veilon should be used by participants in deciding whether to trade or invest with their own capital or funds. Subject to complying with applicable trading requirements and program rules as established by Veilon from time to time, trading decisions in the Evaluation or Funded programs are entirely those of participants and not Veilon, its employees, principals or affiliates.

Simulated Performance Results

Evaluation and Funded programs offered by Veilon are conducted entirely in a simulated trading environment. Participants are advised that hypothetical or simulated trading performance has inherent limitations.

Unlike actual trading, simulated trades do not represent real-world execution risk, margin impact, liquidity constraints, or emotional decision-making. Simulated trading benefits from the absence of slippage and may be informed by hindsight, back-testing, or idealized conditions. No representation is being made that any participant will or is likely to achieve profits or results comparable to those displayed in any marketing, testimonials, or on-platform performance results.

Monitoring for Simulated Trading Abuse

Veilon actively monitors all trading activity within evaluation and simulated funded demo accounts for signs of conduct that may violate Veilon rules and parameters or constitute system exploitation, mechanical loophole abuse, or behavior inconsistent with the spirit and objectives of the program.

Examples of prohibited simulated trading abuse may include but not be limited to latency-based strategies, excessive position sizing inconsistent with live trading norms, exploitation of data lag, or circumvention of platform-level risk parameters. In cases where such conduct is identified, Veilon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void simulated gains, disqualify evaluation results and/or payout eligibility, suspend or terminate access, and permanently ban the participant. All actions taken are final and not subject to appeal.

Testimonials, user-submitted reviews, and promotional commentary displayed on this website or in other communications are the opinions of the individuals involved. These testimonials reflect personal experiences that are not necessarily typical or indicative of what any other participant may expect. No testimonial or public statement should be interpreted as a guarantee of future results, payout eligibility, or trading success.
