1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Veilon platform ("Platform"), operated by Veilon Trading Ltd. ("Veilon", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

2. Simulated Trading Environment

All trading activities on the Veilon Platform are conducted through simulated, demo accounts in a non-executing trading environment. No real capital is deployed, no real trades are executed in any live market, and no user is exposed to actual market risk. All gains, losses, profits, and account balances displayed on the Platform are hypothetical only.

The simulated environment is designed to mirror many aspects of real-time market conditions but does not constitute participation in a live market. Factors such as slippage, execution latency, liquidity constraints, and psychological market impact may differ materially from live trading.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Use of the Platform is prohibited in any jurisdiction where such use is restricted or unlawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your country of residence.

4. Evaluation Programs

Veilon offers simulated trading evaluation programs ("Challenges") designed to assess trading skill and discipline. Each Challenge has specific rules, profit targets, drawdown limits, and trading parameters ("Program Rules") that you must adhere to. The Program Rules are displayed on your account dashboard and form part of these Terms.

Veilon reserves the right to modify Program Rules at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to active Challenges without prior notice. We may introduce new program types, adjust pricing, or discontinue programs at our discretion.

5. Account Rules & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use any automated trading systems, bots, or scripts unless explicitly permitted by your program type
• Exploit platform vulnerabilities, latency arbitrage, data feed errors, or any technical loopholes
• Engage in coordinated or group trading strategies across multiple accounts
• Open multiple accounts without authorization
• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Share, sell, or transfer your account access to any third party
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending payouts, and permanent bans from the Platform. All such decisions are final and at Veilon's sole discretion.

6. Fees & Payments

Evaluation program fees are one-time payments made at the time of purchase. All fees are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, changes will not affect existing, active Challenges.

We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC), and Revolut. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

7. Refund Policy

All evaluation program purchases are non-refundable once you have placed your first trade on the account. If you have not placed any trades and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund requests should be submitted to support@veilontrading.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

8. Payouts

Participants who successfully pass their evaluation and meet all program criteria may be eligible for profit-sharing payouts as described in their program terms. Payouts are subject to verification of trading activity and compliance with all Platform rules.

Veilon reserves the right to delay, withhold, or deny any payout if there is reasonable suspicion of rule violations, fraudulent activity, or platform exploitation. Payout processing times and methods are at Veilon's discretion and may vary.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other materials on the Platform are the property of Veilon Trading Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veilon and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Veilon in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of simulated market data.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
